Onawa Secondary School embarked upon an academic journey on the 19th February 2013.  Over the few years of our existence we have grown into a reputable academic institution of excellence characterized by a high sense of discipline, unparalleled collegiality, great work ethic, innovation and an attitude of selflessness.

As a public institution operating in a welcoming community, we have succeeded in forging a well lubricated and reciprocal relationship with our relevant stakeholders because we truly believe that 'one cannot wash his hands with saliva while you live on the banks of a river.'

The school is relatively an academic toddler, hence quite unknown to the masses. I thus appeal to the public out there to avail time and come visit the academic jewel of Omusati Region in order for you to unearth that we can be the best option yet to shape and sharpen your child holistically in more ways than one.

To this end, we remain unapologetic, fearless, ruthless, and relentless in our unquenchable thirst to continuously reinvent ourselves using unorthodox and untested methods in an effort to guarantee that our learners do not miss their appointment with the future.
